SALARY: $100,000 annually + Great Benefits! (Full time permanent position)

OVERVIEW:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor within the food manufacturing sector
  • Leading a team of approximately 50-80 workers
  • Report & maintain standard work and processes.
  • Provide overall direction and development for plant production
  • Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, motivational
  • Assure Health & Safety & proper environmental practices are followed within department
