POSITION: General Manual Machinist

DURATION: Full time, Permanent

LOCATION: Oakville, On

RATE: Starting $35 per hour

SHIFT: Days & Afternoons Shifts Available : Monday to Thursday 10 hour Shifts

Qualifications:

• Industrial Machinist Trade Certificate considered an asset.
• Experience operating lathe and milling machines required, with proficiency in reading AutoCAD and Inventor prints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, effective communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.

Overview:

• 5+ years Experience in Manual Milling machine experience
• Setting up & operating manual machine Milling Machines
• Machining steel work pieces in accordance with drawings
• Reading & interpreting blueprints, drawings & specifications
• Machine steel workpieces to blueprint specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
