We are currently assisting our client to fill the below position for our client – a leader in the Construction industry

• POSITION: Senior Estimator
• DURATION: Full time permanent
• LOCATION: Concord, ON.
• SALARY: Competitively Structured + With benefits

OVERVIEW:

• Visiting site construction to obtain necessary information
• Completion – post secondary education – Degree in Civil, Architectural / Civil engineering Tech etc.
• 3-7 years experience as an Estimator in closely related industry
• Entering bids and tenders
• Evaluate proposals, specifications, blueprints, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole
• Estimating budget for related work -quotes / materials
• Working closely w/ key decision makers to oversee and coordinate the bid process
• Assisting with the RFI / RFQ
• Estimate time, labor, construction materials, & product costs to determine overall cost for construction projects
• Knowledgeable w/ roadways, bridges, sewers, infrastructure etc.
