POSITION: Program Manager      

LOCATION: Markham, ON   

SALARY:      $77,000-$90,000 + GREAT BENEFITS

STATUS:       Full-time, Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Program Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience in the EMS industry.
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to manage priorities.
• Proven expertise in product introduction and change management within EMS or electronics OEMs.

OVERVIEW:

• Primary point of contact for customer programs by managing cross-functional teams, aligning deliverables with client and business needs, and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
• Drive program performance through regular reviews, issue resolution, risk management, and strategic actions to maintain profitability, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, leading pricing negotiations, and applying P&L knowledge, cost structure analysis, and contract awareness.
