DESCRIPTION

Position: CNC Programmer

Location: Vaughan, ON

Pay: $30 – $35 per hour

Shift: Day Shift

Duties

• Must have experience programing Trumpf Punch and laser machine using Tru Tops Software Tru Tops Boost software
• Develop CNC programs for machining parts based on engineering drawings
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts with precision
• Perform quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools
• Collaborate with engineers and production team to optimize manufacturing processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to Lean manufacturing principles for efficient production

Requirements

• Proficiency in CAD software, SolidWorks, and CNC programming
• Experience with machining operations and mechanical knowledge
• Ability to use a variety of power tools and hand tools effectively
• Familiarity with calipers for precise measurements
