DESCRIPTION

POSITION: CNC Machinist

DURATION: Full time permanent

LOCATION: Wallaceburg, ON.

SALARY: $28.00 – $31.00 per hour + $1 shift premium

SHIFTS: Days and Afternoon shifts available

OVERVIEW:

• Must have experience in 5-Axis CNC Machining
• Setting up, & operating of CNC Machining Centers to cut various sizes of metal work pieces
• During the course of the mould/die build or repair according to customer specifications & requirements.
• Experience in programming, setting up, & operating
• Strong mathematical skills, ability to read & interpret blueprints, good attendance, Etc
• Familiarity with Fanuc & Allen Bradley controls, be able to work overtime as required, & be able to operate overheard crane & hoist systems safely.
• Thorough understanding of “G” and “M” codes which allow the machine to operate.
