DESCRIPTION

Position: Boiler Technician
Shift: 12-hour rotating shift
Location: Tipp City, OH
Pay: $28 to $43 per hour (based on experience)
Status: Full-time, Permanent
Qualifications:

• Ammonia and boiler experience required; OH boiler license preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with PLC programming, VFDs, and mechatronics certifications (Levels 1-7 preferred).
• Proficient in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Strong understanding of GMPs, LOTO procedures, and safety regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
• Monitor automated processes and respond to issues 24/7 as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners for supplies management and vendor coordination.
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians.
• Oversee external contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards.
