DESCRIPTION

Position: Mould Maker

Location: Woodbridge, ON

Rate: $35 – $38 hourly

Duration: Permanent, Full-Time position

Shift: Night Shift available

Qualifications:

• Five years of automotive production experience; Tool and Die Maker certification.
• Valid forklift and crane licenses; skilled in CNC programming and EDM operation.
• Proficient in CAD modeling; basic computer skills; TIG welding experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; knowledge of mould design and machining.
• Able to read blueprints, apply math concepts, and work midnight shifts/overtime.

Overview:

• Assist with shift transitions, production coverage, and maintenance tasks.
• Perform daily inspections and keep the Toolroom clean and organized.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair moulds according to precise specifications.
• Communicate shift issues, collaborate with team leaders, and prioritize tasks.
• Engage in continuous improvement and follow company policies.
