One of our leading clients in the manufacturing industry seeking the following:

• POSITION: Maintenance Supervisor (442A License)
• STATUS: Full-time Permanent
• SALARY: $75,000-$95,000 + BENEFITS DAY 1
• LOCATION: Brampton, ON

Qualifications:

• Electrician License required or Dual Ticket (Millwright & Electrician) considered an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field, or relevant work experience.
• Requires at least five years of maintenance experience, with a focus on plastic processing equipment and mechanical systems in manufacturing.

Overview:

• Strategically plan and execute projects aligned with company objectives, optimizing operational reliability.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment safety and efficiency, manage spare parts inventory, and control costs.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality and continuous improvement, participate in safety committees, and undertake additional duties as needed.
